Easter
During the Easter season, we celebrate the Resurrection of our Saviour Jesus Christ.
We start our Holy Week services on Palm Sunday by remembering Jesus' triumphant procession into Jerusalem and the start of the final period of his life. On Maundy Thursday we commemorate Jesus' Last Supper with his disciples, which preceded his crucifixion. We remember this on Good Friday and Jesus Resurrection three days later on Easter Day.

EASTER DAY
4th April
6.20 am Sunrise Service—Wheel Park Farm
see the sun rise over Westfield (we hope!)
6.45 am First Eucharist of Easter, followed by breakfast in the Parish Hall
8.00 am Holy Communion (1662)
10.30 am Easter Celebration and Eucharist
bring a bunch of flowers to bring the cross to life
